The CGS Tool HVM143-200 has a 20 mm diameter, 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance machining in steels and other alloys. It comes from the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, so it’s built to give that kind of strength, speed,and precision you want for roughing as well as the final finishing parts.
Made from premium micro-grain carbide, the HVM143-200 features a variable helix plus variable index geometry, combined with an ALTiN coating for excellent heat resistance and longer tool life, even at high RPM. There’s also a free-cutting style that helps improve the surface finish and chip evacuation, while at the same time it reduces vibration and wear, so machinists can keep pushing feeds and speeds, more aggressive in a way, without losing accuracy.
