The CGS Tool M2101-S is a 3mm diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill made for fast speed machining on aluminum, other non ferrous metals, plastics, and composite materials. And, as part of the 2000 Series Ferocious , this tool gives standout cutting action, good chip evacuation, plus higher material removal rates for tough CNC milling jobs.
Made from top tier solid carbide, the M2101-S has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix shape, engineered to push chip flow, lower cutting forces , and also handle aggressive feed rates. The square end design helps with clean, accurate cuts which makes it a solid choice for slotting, profiling, pocketing, and the finishing stage too. With a 10mm length of cut and a 38mm overall length it stays rigid and controlled, so precision machining feels steadier. Also the ZrN coating improves wear resistance, limits built-up edge, and boosts machining results when you’re working with aluminum and other non ferrous stuff.
