The CGS Tool M2145-S is a 14mm diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill made for high-speed machining aluminum, non ferrous metals, plastics, and even composite materials. And as part of the 2000 Series Ferocious, it kind of brings this high-performance cutting experience that helps with rapid material removal, better chip evacuation, and dependable milling output for tough CNC tasks, you know.
Built from premium solid carbide, the M2145-S has CGS Tool’s own 55° high helix geometry, sort of tuned to push the chip flow along, lower the cutting forces and keep up with aggressive feed rates. The square end profile usually gives cleaner, more accurate cuts, and it’s suited for slotting, pocketing, profiling, contouring, and finishing operations. With a 32mm length of cut and an 88mm overall length it gives extra reach for deeper jobs, but still keeps rigidity and stability in a good place.
