Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2057-S is a 3/4” diameter, 2 flute solid carbide square end mill, tuned for maximum material removal and that nice surface precision in aluminum, non ferrous metals, and plastics. From the ferocious series, it is made for machinists who want serious performance even when pushing extreme feed rates.
Built using premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2057-S has a 55° high helix, for better chip evacuation and less cutting force, plus really clean surface results. The polished cutting edges and free cutting geometry help cut down built up edges, while still keeping excellent tool life, even with fast speed CNC work.
