Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2057 has a 3/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill, made for ripping away a lot of material while still keeping surface precision tight on aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. It comes from the ferocious series, and it’s basically built for machinists who want high performance even when they run extreme feed rates, no hesitation.
Manufactured using premium sub-micro grain carbide, the 2057 shows a 55° high helix that helps with chip evacuation, lowers cutting forces, and delivers that outstanding surface finish thing. The polished cutting edges plus the free-cutting geometry keep built-up edges to a minimum and at the same time it holds up tool life very well, even with high-speed CNC setups.
