Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2060-S, has a 3/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made for maximum material removal plus surface precision in aluminum, non-ferrous metals,and plastics. From the Ferocious Series, it’s meant for machinists who want top tier performance at extreme feed rates.
Made using premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2060-S includes a 55° high helix that helps with chip evacuation, keeps cutting forces lower, and gives you really solid surface finishes. You get polished cutting edges and a free-cutting geometry too, which helps minimize built-up edges, but still keeps the tool life really strong, even when you’re running high speed CNC stuff.
