Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2060 has a 3/4” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It aimed at maximum material removal and a real good surface precision, especially for aluminum, non-ferrous metals and plastics. It comes from the ferocious series and it’s made for machinists who want strong output even when they push extreme feed rates.
Made with premium sub-micro grain carbide, the 2060 has a 55° high helix which helps with better chip evacuation, less cutting forces, and those crisp surface finishes. The polished cutting edges plus a free-cutting profile help cut down the built-up edge, but it still holds up a long time, tool life stays impressive even on high-speed CNC setups.
