Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2067-S has a 1” diameter, 2 flute solid carbide square end mill, made for maximum material removal, and also that surface precision thing on aluminum and other non ferrous metals, plus plastics. It comes from the Ferocious Series, and yeah it’s meant for machinists who want high performance, even when the feed rates are kinda extreme.
Made with premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2067-S uses a 55° high helix so you get better chip evacuation, lower cutting forces, and those really sharp surface finishes. The polished cutting edges, and the free cutting geometry kinda team up to minimize built up edges, but still keep an excellent tool life going, even when you run high speed CNC setups.
