Product Overview
The CGS Tool 2067 has a 1” diameter, 2-flute solid carbide square end mill. It is made to push maximum material removal plus strong surface precision, in aluminum, non ferrous metals, and plastics. Coming from the ferocious series, it’s made for machinists who want high performance, even at extreme feed rates.
Built from premium sub micro grain carbide, the 2067 includes a 55° high helix that helps with chip evacuation, keeps cutting forces lower, and gives a really clean finish. The polished cutting edges and free cutting geometry also help reduce built up edges, while still holding up a great tool life, even during high speed CNC work.
