The CGS Tool 840-1003-ALTiN is a 1" diameter 4-flute solid carbide square end mill from the 840 Series, built for deep-reach general-purpose milling with a 6" length of cut and 9" overall length. It's built for jobs that need a long cutting reach and strong side wall capability.
Built on the same precision CNC equipment as CGS Tool's other general-purpose lines, it holds a 30° helix and an ALTiN coating matched to added heat and wear resistance when deeper cuts create more tool pressure.
