The CGS Tool HV143-3750 has a 3/8” diameter, 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill, made for faster higher performance machining in steels and other alloys. It comes from the Hi-Velocity (HV) Series, and it gives you that kind of strength, speed, and precision that helps a lot for both roughing work and the finishing side of things.
Made out of premium micro-grain carbide, the HV143-3750 has a variable helix plus a variable index geometry , and then it gets an ALTiN coating for strong heat resistance plus longer tool life, especially when you’re running high RPM. There’s also a free-cutting design that supports better surface finishes and chip evacuation, and it also helps cut down on chatter and wear, so machinists can raise the feeds and speeds more and more without losing accuracy.
